Academic forum highlighted the role of Valledupar 2026 as an engine for inclusion and sustainable development
Valledupar, November 7, 2025. With a large attendance of teachers, students, researchers, athletes, representatives of SENA and the economic-productive sector, the Academic Forum ‘Valledupar Inteligente 2026: Inclusive Sport, Economy and Sustainable Future’ was held, organized by the Universidad Popular del Cesar (UPC) and the Parasuramerican Games Valledupar 2026, within the framework of the agreement signed with the Colombian Paralympic Committee.
