Valledupar will once again occupy a prominent place in the continental sports calendar with the 2026 Parasuramerican Games, a competition that will mark the return of this international event of the Americas Paralympic Committee (AmPC) after two cycles of absence. The games will be held from July 5 to 16, 2026, with the capital of Cesar as the main venue and the municipality of Agustin Codazzi as a sub-venue.
